You are put through
The call goes to an independent cleanup company that covers your area. This site does not listen in.
They explain
The company describes the work, the timing and how they price it. Ask for the scope and price in writing.
You decide
Nothing is booked unless you agree. You can call another company, wait, or decline.
Money
How this site is paid
Cleanup companies pay a lead network for calls, and the network pays this site. That is why the phone number is the main thing here. The company you speak with sets its own prices and answers for its own work. See the referral disclosure.

What to ask the cleanup company
You are hiring them, not this site. These questions help:
- Who will do the work, and are they your own employees?
- What protective equipment and training do your workers have?
- Will you give me a written scope and price before you start?
- How is the waste packed, and where does it go?
- How will you show me the area is clean when you finish?
- Do you bill my insurer, or do I pay and claim it back?
- Can you show proof of insurance and any license the work needs?

There is no wrong time to call
Some families call the same evening. Others wait until after the service. Until then, close the door to the room and leave the cleaning to people with the right protection.
